Yes, the SeaSucker Komodo Trunk Bike Rack # 298-BK1910-BK is confirmed to fit your 2016 Mercedes-Benz SLC AMG as the vacuum cups are compatible with a roof, trunk, or window glass. Just be sure the surface is clean before installing it.
To add some security to this trunk mount bike rack you can add a cable anchor like part # 298-BA0020 or # 298-BA0010 along with a cable lock like part # SA981.
We also have the SeaSucker Hogg # 298-BA1580 you can use to carry your front tire.
