The correct Curt fifth wheel rail kit for your 2000 Ford F-350 long bed is actually the Curt part # C16443-204 as the kit you mentioned does not fit your truck. For a hitch the Curt A20 part # C16140 would be a great option. It's Curt's nicest 20k hitch available and would work well.
