Off road lightbar ! I have a 2017 Honda Rancher and was wanting to know if the 24inch is compatible and with my 12 volts be enough to power it sufficiently ? and what would be the best way to hook it up ?

The Optronics LED Off-Road Light Bar # UCL20CB will work with your 2017 Honda Rancher. The 12V will power it sufficiently and it will draw 9.8 amps. The mounting holes will be 23-3/4 inch on center.
I recommend connecting it to your battery with an inline switch. Connect # 16-1-1 wire to the positive battery terminal and then use Pollak Light-Duty Toggle Switch - On-Off - 12 Volt - 10 Amp - 6" Wire Leads # PK34513 on the power wire using # DW05744-5.
