is it 4 in from the bend to the lock when the lock in on

The Roadmaster Trailer Hitch Locks # RM-316 is a 5/8 inch diameter pin that is 4 inches to the bend when the lock is on. I went out to the warehouse and measured to confirm this for you. I've attached a photo as well.
