Does the adjustment of the mirrors ease up over time. Sure is hard to adjust.

Yes, the manually-adjustable mirror surface on the CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors # CM11800 may become slightly easier to position after some period of use, but keep in mind that the glass surface's mount is deliberately stiff to prevent it from changing its position due to vibration and wind as you drive.
