Question:
I want to add both a transmission cooler and a power steering cooler to my 2019 Honda Pilot.

The best transmission cooler you can possibly add is the largest one you have space for. You really can't cool transmission fluid too much. For your 2019 Honda Pilot I recommend the Derale Series 8000, part # D13503. We installed it in a 2017 and it worked well. I've linked the video.
For a power steering cooler the Derale 2-pass tube-fin cool, part # D13200, is a great choice. You could upgrade to a 4-pass, like part # D13212, but it's likely more than what you need.
