I have a 2018 Sierra 1500 and I would like a front mount hitch that is fairly hidden.

We have exactly what you are looking for!
If your 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 is a Z71 then you want the Curt # C31069 but if it isn't you will use the Curt # C31012 instead. Both of these options mount in such a way that just the 2" receiver is showing under the front of your pickup.
I have attached the written instructions for you to reference.
You may also be interested in the Skid Shield # C31007 for when you aren't utilizing the front receiver.
