The best solution for you to help prevent and eliminate trailer sway while towing at speed is to use a weight distribution system even if the truck does not sag while coupled to the trailer. The reason for this is that most weight distribution systems have integrated sway control built-in. Also, the truck may still be sagging slightly even if it is not noticeable and that could be the reason one truck pulls a trailer better than the other. The two main reasons one truck would pull a trailer better than the other is the stiffness of suspension and how level the trailer is in regards to the tow vehicle. A weight distribution system will help with both of these factors.

The best weight distribution system we offer for preventing and eliminating trailer sway is the Strait-Line Weight Distribution System. I did some research on your Dutchmen 29Q Travel Trailer and it looks like part # RP66084 which is rated for 600 lbs - 1,200 lbs of total tongue weight will be best for your needs.
