Question:

Is there a way to lock the rack to my vehicle? If sold separately, can you make a recommendation?

Locks are not included with the Reese Cargo Carrier # 63153 that you referenced but I can absolutely recommend a lock that will work perfectly. To secure the carrier to your vehicle I highly recommend the etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # e98880. This will take the place of the standard pin and clip to attach the cargo carrier to the hitch receiver. It features a patented, pick-proof, screw-and-lock security design, a double-chrome plating for superior rust resistance, and all weather grips for easy handling. Two keys are included.
