Adco Storage Lot Cover for Travel Trailer - 287 to 316 - Polypropylene - Tan Item # 290-74845 Is this cover durable enough to withstand Winnipeg Manitoba Canada winters?

I spoke with my contact at Adco who said that the Tan Adco Storage Lot Cover # 290-74845 is actually a great product for the winter and they have sold quite a few to Canadian residents who were very happy with the results. Please note that this is a fit for travel trailers that measure 28'7" - 31'6". I have attached a picture showing how you would want to measure your trailer to ensure a fit.
