With this attached, can I leave the gray water tank open all the time .

The SewerSolution Macerator System # SS01 is designed for flushing black water tanks and hoses after dumping. The kit has a rotating brass jet nozzle that can be aimed up to rinse your valve and tank or aimed down to rinse the included discharge hose. It is not intended to remain installed continuously.
