Will 31X10.50R15 tires fit on wheels that currently have 235 70R15 tires on them?

The size difference is pretty substantial between the two sizes so it would be a tough fit. You'd be going from a tire that's 9.2 inches wide to 10.5 inches wide. The diameter would also increase by right at 3 inches.
A lot of it would depend on the wheel size you currently have and the clearance available on your vehicle.
