Can I dolly tow a 2016 Toyota Tacoma Off Road 4 x 4 also can I dolly tow a 2016 Jeep grand Cherokee

The online owner's manual for your 2016 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 states that the truck cannot be flat towed with all wheels down, nor can it be dolly towed either. The 4x4 must be towed with all wheels off the ground. You can refer to page 506 of the owner's manual and to the linked image taken from that page.
For the 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee the online owner's manual indicates on page 176 that the 2WD version can be dolly towed with the rear wheels off the ground but the 4WD versions cannot be dolly towed.
