Yes, you can install a fairing on the SeaSucker roof rack part # 298-SX6000B that you referenced. Inno fairings are great in that they can fit most types of crossbars so the part # INA261 would be the kit to use. This is a 40 inch long fairing which would be great for the 48 inch bars of this roof rack.
