Question:

how much of stake pocket is NOT covered. Have Bullring recessed tiedown similar to your Ericksons bullring usa ford-retractable-tie-downs-bullring-4028/ Photo of Ram truck shows over 1/2 of stack pocket exposed. If this is same on 2017 super duty then there would be room to extend the tie down loop. Question is is there room to continue using these tie downs. Side question - if not this cover then how about the yakima rails typicly used on roof or bed shells for the 8001126. are they approved for install on Ford aluminum body regarding dissimilar metals. If so a cover allowing rail space I could use these.

I checked out the BullRing tie down loops you mentioned and they would easily fit with the RetraxPRO XR Hard Tonneau Cover w/ Trax Rails # RTT-80384 that you referenced. This tonneau would not go over the rail or stake pocket enough for it to interfere.

The Yakima track kit part # Y01126 that you referenced is not designed for use on truck bed rails so this would not be your best option.
