For your 1998 Chevy S-10 we have Curt hitches that fit like the # C13021 which fits models with the factory step bumper and the part # 13920 which fits models with the factory roll pan bumper, but the # C13020 that you referenced does not fit the S-10. It fits the following:
1995 - 2005 Chevrolet Blazer
1996 - 2004 Oldsmobile Bravada
1995 - 2001 GMC Jimmy
