Expert Reply:
The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System that is compatible with your 2004 Ford F-250 is the part # TFR250SDE. These are rated for 6,000 lbs and will do a great job at helping to support the pin weight of your 5th wheel trailer.
Please note that suspension enhancement systems do not increase the weight capacity of the vehicle they are installed on. They only help support a suspension that is in good working order.
Attached is an installation video as well as the written instructions for you to reference.
