For your 2015 Itasca Sunstar 27N, I recommend the SumoSprings Maxim Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle # SSR-184-40-1. These springs are a confirmed fit for your vehicle and will give you 3,000 lbs capacity at 50% compression. These springs will compress as much as 80 percent and will progressively help with the load as needed. The greatest help when using these springs is the support as they work independently for off-center loads and stability to reduce body roll.

For the front, I recommend the SumoSprings Rebel Custom Helper Springs - 2 Piece - Front Axle # SSF-170-40-2. This works in the same way and will support up to 2,600 lbs at 50% compression.

I've attached videos to assist with the installation and function of these maintenance free products. These will be a great help to the system you have already comprised for a smooth riding motorhome.

The SumoSprings will act as shock absorbers so with will give you a softer ride. Unlike other jounce style springs that have a harsh support from the second they engage, the SumoSprings have a progressive engagement so they will have a shock absorption leading into more load support as needed. They lose much of their shock absorption at about 80 percent compression but up to that point they will help soften the ride.
