Question:
I bought a peak wireless backup camera 7 inch and hooked it up to my pickup, have a horse trailer and bought a 3.5 inch peak backup system and want to pair it to the 7 inch monitor but having issues.... my question is can I pair the 3.5 camera system to the 7 inch monitor system

Most aftermarket camera systems are made as stand-alone devices, meaning that they are not designed to be integrated with other similar camera systems or with the built-in dashboard displays included in many vehicles. This is usually true even for two systems from the same manufacturer.
The better option is to use a 2 camera system like the RVS # RVS-770614 which comes with a 7-inch LED color monitor that allows switching between the different camera signals. These systems appear on the linked page along with all other backup/observation cameras.
It is likely that in order to do what you want you would need to add additional components to allow selecting one camera source or the other. To find out if you can do this you would need to contact the manufacturer with the serial numbers of your two separate systems.
