Use of Pollak 3-Position Switch With Two Power Sourcces

Question:
Both power supply lines with be come from the vehicle battery 12v and finally use lighting device is low amp led lighting. Just one power supply line will have a relay switch that will activate with the hi or low beams and the otherpower supply line will be constant power.
