Question:
I tore the grease zerk out of the Sure Lube Grease System. The collar is round so I do not think its a screw type. It appears to be a press fit. Whats the fix? Will grease run out without the fitting? Is it safe to drive like this?

Grease can ooze out of the opening unless you temporarily plug it with something. I would advise not to tow the trailer until you can get a new grease fitting installed. The Sure Lube manufacturer may have a specific replacement for the system.
If not then replacing the system with Bearing Buddies is the way to go. I can recommend some if you can tell me the opening size the grease caps fit into on the hub. The measurement has to be as accurate as possible so measuring with calipers such as # PTW80157 is the best way to get an accurate measurement.
