The Classic Accessories Snow Thrower Cover, # CA52003, has a universal design to fit most 2-stage snow throwers, so it should fit your Poulan model. To make sure, I pulled one from the warehouse to take some measurements so you can compare them to your thrower.
When stretched out to the maximum at the bottom, the cover is approximately 42 inches x 46 inches and 42 inches tall. I have included a link to the installation details for you.
