My Jeep’s tires and spare are 33 inches in diameter. Will this bike rack fit on my spare? Also, I plan to carry my 50-lb electric bike with this rack. I will NOT be carrying a second bicycle. Will the rack carry this single bicycle OK? Thanks.

As long as the rear spare tire on your 2018 Jeep JL Wrangler is no larger than 15" wide then the Hollywood Racks SR1 2-Bike Carrier part # HRSR1 will fit. However, the max per bike weight capacity is 35 lbs so you cannot use this to carry your 50 lb electric bike even without another bike attached.
The only way to carry a 50 lb electric bike on the back of your Jeep would be with a trailer hitch and hitch mounted bike rack. If you do not already have a trailer hitch I recommend the etrailer.com Trailer Hitch Receiver part # E98856. For a bike rack to use with this hitch and your 50 lb electric bike I recommend the Saris Freedom 2 Bike Platform Rack part # SA4412B.
