Question:
Bought a Thule T2 hitch rack that did not include the hitch lock/pin. Does this part fully replace the lock/pin assembly and secure the rack to the tow hitch by just threading on one side? Does Thule sell a bolt that threads all the way through the receiver?

For your Thule T2 classic the correct hitch pin/lock replacement you'd need is the part # THSTL2 which comes with everything needed. The bolt you mentioned does not fit the T2 so it would not be what you need.
