The Fulton High-Performance 2-Speed Trailer Winch - Rope or Strap - 2,600 lbs # F142412 does not have the quick disconnect feature. You would need to remove the handle using a wrench or socket. The 2 speeds have a lever change instead of the handle location change like the Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch - TUFFPLATE Finish - 2 Speed - Direct Drive - 2,500 lbs # DL14825.
