Question:
Ref to Item # PF213332 Phoenix Faucets 4inch Dual Handle RV Tub/Shower Diverter Faucet w/ D-Spud - Chrome Finish . All the pictures and video show the spout is pointed down at an angle. Is that normal or just a bad demo unit? Thank You for your time,

There is a slight amount of play in the downspout on the Phoenix Faucets 4" Dual Handle RV Tub/Shower Diverter Faucet part # PF213332. It appears as if it was just nudged to one side during the demo video you are referring to but I can assure you it can be straighten back out and will be more sturdy once attached to a wall inside a shower.
