The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 13558 is a confirmed fit for your 2006 Infinity FX35 and does come with all the mounting hardware needed. I've attached the installation details to help.
You will only need to clean the exiting weldnuts using a brush like # 814092 and UltraLube Biobased Spray Lubricant and Penetrant. I've attached an article to assist with this.
