Question:
I need to help with the rear suspension when towing. I have been looking for a air bag setup or helper for this vehicle. Can you help?

I do have options for you but they do not make an airbag kit for your 2015 Ford Expedition. The only suspension enhancement option we have for you is the Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs part # CSS-1168R which are only a fit for the 4x4 models. The SumoSprings are going to help with rear end sag while towing but the best option for you is a weight distribution system.
In order to choose the best system you will need to find your total tongue weight which is composed of the loaded ready to tow tongue weight of the trailer added to any cargo stored behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle. Once you find this figure you can then choose a system that the total tongue weight falls in the middle of. I have attached our options from Equal-i-zer for you. This is my favorite system as it also has built-in sway control.
