For your 2018 Subaru Crosstrek the Curt hitch part # C13382 is a confirmed fit for a 2 inch hitch and the part # C12184 is the correct fit for a 1-1/4 inch hitch. The part numbers you mentioned are not a fit for your vehicle so they will not work.
