What is the cutout diameter? and/or the screw hole to screw hole dimension diagonally? Thanks

I went out to the warehouse and took some measurements of the Furrion RV Outdoor Speaker # FMS5B.
The inner diameter that you mentioned is 5" while the bolt holes measure 5-1/2" diagonally and 3-7/8" across from each other, as you can see in the attached picture.
