What mounting hardware comes with the Never Adjust Brakes K23-478-479? Mounting nuts? Lock washers?

The Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit # K23-478-479 comes with 8 nuts and 4 adjuster access plugs. The studs are already attached to the brake assemblies so those are included by default. Lock washers are not provided but you can add them using # 5-8 which is sold in quantities of 1.
