For your 2006 Nissan Titan, we have two hitches that are confirmed to fit. If you have the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13199 then the installation details show needing 1/2 inch conical toothed washers and bolts that are M12-1/25 x 40 HEX to fit in your existing weld nuts. The Draw-Tite # 41551 will use 1/2 inch lock washers and M12 x 1.25 x 45mm CL8.8 bolts with the existing weld nuts.
