I can’t get the number off the cylinder. Does one key fit all locks

I wish there was a master key that fit all Thule locks to help with your situation, but in reality if there was such a think the lock systems wouldn't be as effective as anyone could potentially get into any Thule box or rack with a single key.
The number should be stamped on the lock core or on the key itself. Hopefully you can find the correct number. For example, if you have N188 you'd need the Thule key part # THKEYN188 that you referenced.
