If you have the ISR Series SuperGlide 2700 that fits industry standard base rails then yes, you can mount it on the bracket kit # C16420 with the base rails # C16204. These are also available in a kit with part # C16420-204.
I also recommend installing the Hopkins # HM42137 in the bed of your 2500 to help make connecting and disconnecting your 5th wheel trailer much easier.
