can I use brackets C16420 and rails C16204 to mount a Pullrite 2700 hitch on my 2007 Dodge 2500 4x4

If you have the ISR Series SuperGlide 2700 that fits industry standard base rails then yes, you can mount it on the bracket kit # C16420 with the base rails # C16204. These are also available in a kit with part # C16420-204.
I also recommend installing the Hopkins # HM42137 in the bed of your 2500 to help make connecting and disconnecting your 5th wheel trailer much easier.
