Replacement Installation Hardware Kit for Westin Grille Guard 40-0185

Question:

I have a 2000 Chevy Silverado with a Westin over the bumper grille gaurd. I need replacement brackets because mine broke. The one you recommend does not look like what I need. it uses one bolt on top and bottom on both sides. What do you suggest? Thanks for you time I hope you can help cant wait to install it back on my truck.

Thank you for the photo of your Westin grille guard from your 2000 Chevy Silverado.

Grille guards and the installation kits needed to mount them are both vehicle-specific. A guard made for one vehicle will not fit on another even if you have the right install kit for that other vehicle.

On the page I linked you can see both Westin brand grille guards that fit the 2000 model year Silverado 1500. These items are the Sportsman # 45-0180 (stainless steel) and # 40-0185 (black).

We do show replacement hardware kit # 40-018PK as the correct one.

I suggest you check the guard for a part number. It appears from comparing your photo to ours that you may have a similar guard but not the exact one made for your truck.
