In the description it says Traditional Goose neck coupler locks will not work instead use a wheel lock. What type of wheel lock are they talking about?

A wheel lock in this case would be something like the Club Tire Claw XL Wheel Lock # WI491KA-491LNP or, even better, Super Grip Chock Wheel Stabilizers # UF21-001091 (which includes padlocks). The Super Grip option will also help prevent front to back rocking of the trailer. I have linked video reviews of both of these products for you.
