Modifications Needed to Install Curt Hitch # C13282 on 2018 Lexus RX450h

Question:

The Lexus OEM hitch instructions have you removing the bumper, foam, and a bunch of other stuff. What do you actually have to remove to install the Curt? Also some of the reviews for the Curt mention making a cut in the bumper. Is the cut necessary and if so, where is it located. My Lexus has the factory tow package with the 4-pin connector. My trailer has a 7-pin connector. I need to get the brake wired in. What part do you suggest and is there a wiring diagram included. Thank you

I attached an install video link for the Curt hitch part # C13282 that you referenced that will detail how it installs exactly on your 2018 Lexus 450h. I also attached a picture that shows how the rear fascia needs to be trimmed as well. That's the only modification needed to install the hitch.
