Question:
Do they need to be placed on a dry surface before? Or can they be applied thru water???

The Non-Slip Adhesive Safety Strips, 1" x 11" (Qty 4) # NSAS need to be applied to a completely dry and clean surface. Once they are attached, they will be able to stay in place on your pool ladder or steps.
