The # C11362 looks much different than 36530. Is it possible to fit the 36530 hitch onto the es300h?

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 36530 is not a fit for your 2013 Lexus ES 300h. It is only a fit for 2013 - 2018 Lexus ES 350 models.

For your 2013 Lexus ES 300h, the only trailer hitch we have that is confirmed to fit is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Class I # C11362. This installation is expected to take a novice 2 hours to install and a professional 1 hour to install. I've attached the installation instructions which also have photos to assist with this installation.

If you will be using this receiver for bike racks or other accessories, you will need to make sure they are compatible with Class I hitches. I'm happy to help with recommendations if desired.
