I spoke with my contact at Hopkins regarding the GoGear Pop-Up Window Shade # SP280804R referenced in your question. He said that the shade will only allow about 10 to 20 percent of light through. When expanded it measures 39-3/8 inches long and 19-1/4 inches tall. It can be folded up to about one-tenth of its expanded size for easy storage.
