Wheel mount bike racks are great because they don't make contact with the frame of your bike, but since your bikes have fenders, you can still go with a platform bike rack, but it needs to be a frame-mount setup. I have a couple of options for you.

If you are wanting a more traditional looking bike rack then the Swagman Dispatch # S44FR is what you are looking for as it is rated for use with a 5th wheel trailer. To use this rack, I recommend adding an adapter bar like part # UB01 since you have step-through frames. The adapter will make your bikes easier to load and will allow them to be level when loaded. This bike rack does come with bike and rack locks for added security.

You may be able to get the Let's Go Aero Neo2 # B01748 to work for your bikes if you are wanting a solution that doesn't make contact with your frame. The rubber strap comes over top of your tires but depending on the design of your fenders this may work. This bike rack doesn't come with locks but you can add them with parts # 63232(as long as you have a 2" hitch) and # e98891.
