For the 2009 Jeep Liberty, we carry several options depending on what style roof rack you are looking for. I have included a link to the options for you. If it were me, I would go for the newest Thule offering, the WingBars.
The WingBars offer dramatically less wind noise and drag than other crossbars. They are made of a light weight aluminum and have a modern look. For your Liberty, you need:
Thule 53 inch WingBars, # TH711400 in silver or # TH711420 in black
Thule Evo raised rail feet, # TH710401
