I have a Thule 422xt rack that was fit for a 2010 Tacoma. Is there an adapter to allow it to work on a 2018 Tacoma with a 5foot bed? Thanks,

The 422xt and all of the adapters associated with it were discontinued a while back so we don't have a way to adapt it to fit your 2018 Toyota Tacoma.
Only real solution we'd have would be a new Thule Xsporter part # TH500XT-XK4 which does fit your truck and would work well. The install video I attached shows this rack installed on a 2018 Tacoma just like yours.
