Can you recommend a roof rack for naked roof to carry paddle boards. We are concerned with the antenna on top.

For your 2016 Honda HR-V we have the Rhino Rack roof rack part numbers # RRVA118B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK454 which is a confirmed fit and would work well. I really like the Rhino Rack roof racks as they are higher quality than most but not quite as expensive as similar racks.
Then for a paddleboard carrier the Thule SUP Taxi part # TH810001 would fit and work well. You may have to position the board and carrier to either side of the antenna but this would still work great.
