There's definitely a cover that will work for your 2011 Heartland MPG 183 but # CA80-197-171001-00 is designed to be used with R-Pod trailers and isn't something you'd want to use with your trailer.
Your Heartland measures just over 19' long (230"), 8' wide (96") and 9-1/2' tall (114") and the perfect cover for you is the Adco SFS AquaShed Cover for Travel Trailer # 290-52240 which is designed to fit 18' - 20' trailers, has zippered entry doors should you need to access your trailer with the cover on and has cinching systems to ensure a snug fit.
