Will the TH400XT foot packs with 58 inch square bars work on my 2011 malibu? Everything I see so far says 50inch bars and 1540 foot packs.

I reached out to my contact at Thule and the TH400XT feet were only compatible with Chevy Malibu models up to 2007.
For your 2011 Chevy Malibu, I recommend the Inno square bar roof rack which consists of the following parts:
- 50" Crossbars # INB127
- Square Bar Feet # INSUT
- Fit Kit # INK572
