Question:
DOES IT HAVE A PLUG UNDER DASH FOR CONTROLLER ? WORKHORSE CHASSIS

We don't have a plug-in style of brake controller adapter for your 2002 Workhorse W22 but we can help you install a brake controller.
Trailer brake controllers are not vehicle-specific so pretty much any controller could be installed in any vehicle.
All controllers use the same wiring colors and connections: the white wire is ground and connects to the battery negative post; the black wire is +12V power to operate the controller and this connects to the battery + post through a 30-amp breaker; the red wire takes in the brake light switch signal (taken from the cold side of the brake light switch); and the blue wire carries the controller's brake power output signal and this runs to the 7-way.
There will be differences in how any given controller will install in a specific vehicle such as a pickup truck versus a motorhome like your 2004 Newmar Mountain Aire Class A motor coach. Pickups and other vehicles often have a special port under the dash to allow quick connection of a brake controller, but on your Workhorse W22 chassis you will need to hardwire the Prodigy P2 part # 90885.
You will need our brake controller installation kit # ETBC7 which includes the 7-way, circuit breakers and other parts needed. You will also need some additional duplex wire # 10-2-1 to reach back to the 7-way.
