Expert Reply:
The Erickson Retractable Tie-Down Anchors for Truck Bed Stake Pockets # EM01003 will work for Ford Rangers between 1993 and 2012. If you trim out the bedliner for access to your stake pockets, this product will fit your 1995 Ford Ranger.
