Very good video but what size hole needs to be in the ceiling? One more important measurement please.

The diameter of the hole in the ceiling for the Valterra A/c Ceiling Register # A10-3358VP is 5-13/16". You'll also need a depth of right at 7/8" to accommodate the vent.
