Can I use the roof rack/cross bars with an after market sunroof? Im concerned of the weight limit now that the original structure has been altered. I am looking to purchase cross bars for a 2016 Kia Sorento with after market sunroof. The rails are flush mount that run front to back. What would you suggest? Thanks!

An aftermarket sunroof is uncharted territory as far as roof capacity is concerned since our roof rack manufacturers and the vehicle manufacturer never would have tested that configuration. What I would recommend you do is check with the manufacturer of the sunroof and see what they recommend for if a rack can be installed.
If they say you'd be fine the Rhino Rack part numbers # RRVA126B-2 and # RRSX023 is a confirmed fit for the factory raised rails of your 2016 Kia Sorento and would be a great choice. See install video attached for more info.
